SyncClick ("the App") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

Information We Collect

• Microphone Access — Used for audio calibration and real-time monitoring. Microphone data is processed on-device only and is never sent to our servers.
• Display Name — A nickname shown to other users in a room.
• Room Code — A temporary code for joining sessions, deleted when the session ends.
• Local Recordings — Recording files are stored only on your device. The app does not automatically transmit them externally; however, you may choose to share recordings with others using the built-in share feature.
• Social Sign-In (Google/Apple) — We collect your name and email address when you sign in. This is used solely for account identification.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

• Providing real-time music synchronization features
• Improving app service and stability
• Managing user accounts (when login feature is available)
• Sending important service-related notifications

We do not use your information for advertising, or third-party marketing purposes.

Third-Party Sharing

SyncClick does not share any collected personal information with third parties.

Data Retention and Deletion

Session data (display name, room code) is automatically deleted when the session ends. Local recordings can be deleted by the user at any time. To request account deletion, please contact us at the email below.
